In Ayurveda, February through May is considered Kapha season. No matter your dosha type, we are all consistently interacting with qualities of each dosha to varying degrees. The qualities of Kapha are damp, cold, heavy, and stagnant. These qualities can accumulate in our physiology as excess Kapha. When there is excess Kapha in our system it may result in us feeling congested, lethargic, unmotivated, and even mildly depressed.

Join Sarah Finger to discover yogic tools that will invigorate your mind, body, and spirit, clear away excess Kapha in your system, and restore balance this season.
